2021 Willow Lake HOA Board Meeting – January 16, 2021

Don Mentzer – President Steve Kempe – Treasurer Bob Scapicchio- Secretary

Steve Kempe provided a Financial Report.  There are Leyland Cypress trees at the front of the Community that will be removed due to being diseased.  There is a cost of $1,800.00 which will be paid from the Reserves Fund. The ground where the Leyland Cypress trees were planted needs to ‘heal’ for approximately one year so at this time, no trees will be replanted.  The Board is looking into hearty replacement trees that will eventually be replanted.

The Delaware Franchise tax in the amount of $25.00 will be paid in February, 2021.

13 – Annual 2021 Assessments have been deposited.

9 – Annual 2021 Assessments will be deposited

18 – Annual 2021 Assessments are still outstanding.

Please make arrangements to remit the 2021 Assessments in the amount of $541.00 before January 31, 2021.

The 2020 $125.00 fee for the HOA Annual Meeting was rolled into 2021’s Annual HOA Meeting and is scheduled for November 6, 2021. Details will be sent out later in the year.

The three Holly trees at the Community entrance are beginning to be overgrown and may need to be removed or relocated if they are not able to be effectively pruned.

One of the lights at the front of the Community has had some issues and may be replaced if it is deemed defective – the light is still under warranty.

Addling of the Canadian Geese eggs will be started earlier this year (early March) and will go later this year than in previous years.  Volunteers are requested to reach out to a Board member if you’re interested in assisting.

Respectfully Submitted,
Bob Scapicchio
