-The Board reviewed the Financial documents for the H.O.A.
-There are several evergreen trees located at the main entrance of the Community that need Professional Tree Service care. The Board agreed to contact Sussex Tree Inc. to treat the trees for a potential fungus. The cost to treat the affected trees is $225.00
-Financial Review Committee: Erin Steele, Luke Nyman and Robert LaMontagne have agreed to review the H.O.A. financial documents
-Roadway update: Nothing new to report at this time – Contractors have been contacted accordingly
-Mowing/Mulching of Common Areas: The Board is still waiting on receiving quotes from prospective new landscaping companies. If you know of any landscaping companies who may be interested in providing a quote, please have them reach out to a Board member for further details.
-Phragmites: The Board discussed including Phragmites control in the Capital Budget within the next three (3) years.
-Geese/USDA: The Board is discussing the alternatives available to using the USDA for geese control due to the fact that the out of pocket expense is approximately $2,500.00 with no guarantees and an additional cost of $5.00 per dispatched goose. USDA provides no guarantees of catching any geese.
