Financial Review Board – Erin Steele and Luke Nyman agreed to participate again in 2019’s H.O.A. Financial Review. If any members of our Community are interested in joining the Financial Review Board for 2019, please reach out to Kathleen Schisler by August 3, 2019.
Geese Update: USDA Wildlife Management (410) 349-8055 was contacted and they could do a live capture if we choose to do so. There is no minimum or maximum, it comes down to whether or not we do it. We would need to contact them in March/April to set up for June/early July of 2020. They are located near Baltimore, MD. There are no guarantees as to the number of geese they would catch. Scott Healy from USDA Wildlife Management advised the general fee would be $2,500 plus a $5.00 disposal fee per bird. Scott also provided resources and ideas the Community could pursue as well as a time when the geese would be in season to hunt.
Road Update: JD Asphalt’s Joseph Daley advised they have taken on more State and D.O.T. work and as a result, have put a hold on all H.O.A./Association work. He recommended Bayside Sealcoating in Camden. Ben will attempt to reach out to them accordingly. Isaac’s Asphalt Paving in Georgetown (302) 537-3032 is also on a contact list to address any roadway issues we may have.
Lot Improvements: In accordance with our H.O.A. please submit lot improvements to the Architectural Review Committee. Forms to submit can be located on our Community website.

Mowing/Mulching of Common Areas: The Board is obtaining quotes from other companies due to Mark Hitchens not doing the mowing and mulching next year. He recommended Trevor Collins who started his landscaping business last year. The Board may also contact Larry Sheridan of Yard Shark for a quote.
