Update and introduction of entrance landscape and grant
a. The 2023 board has $17,000 at their disposal to renovate the front area of our common area.
b. The Delaware Forestry department grant is designed to potentially reimburse up to 50% of communities’ Tree Related Expenses.
c. It is a rebate of expenses that have already been spent (ON TREES) by our HOA and approved by the Grant Program.
d. The rebate is up to $5000.
