Willow Lake Board Meeting
Attendees: Treasurer Kathleen Schisler; Recording Secretary Bob Scapicchio; Outgoing President Bob Grasso. Absent: Incoming President Ben Ables
Financial Review
• Board reviewed current status of all accounts:
• Banking account access:
o Bank account signature authority and internet access will be transferred from Bob Grasso to Ben or Bob Scapacchio as determined by the 2019 Board. The selected board member will also be given access to the HOA debit card
o Bob Grasso will transfer electronic files, paper files, community maps, mailbox key and miscellaneous items to the appropriate board member(s)
HOA Member Bankruptcy
• An HOA member and spouse who have been delinquent in payment of assessments have filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The community attorney has been contacted to determine the HOA’s rights and obligations in this matter.
Snow Contract
• There are currently three bidders being considered for the HOA snow removal contract:
o Yard Shark
o Straight Line
o Complete Lawn
• Additional information is needed from Yard Shark and Straight Line before a decision is made. If you have any experience with any of these firms please contact Bob Grasso

o File cabinet – mostly outdated records
