Willow Lake HOA Board Meeting March19, 2018

Attendees:

Financial Review:

Year to date expenditures include electric bills, $88; one snow plowing, $835.00 and community liability insurance, $1215.00.

The 12-month CD was renewed with an interest rate of 2.08% for 12 months.  An additional $10,000 was added to the CD.

The Board has contracted JD Asphalt of Milford DE to repair the damaged road area between lots 19 and 20 at a cost of $1000.00.  Other bidders for the work were Seal-Tech of Salisbury-$3100 and Driveway Maintenance of Seaford DE- $2500. The work specifications of all three proposals were nearly identical.

 

Assessments:

There is one outstanding 2018 assessment and one outstanding partial 2017 assessment.   Total amount owed the community is $727.00

 

Ballots of Prior Elections:

All ballots submitted at annual meeting between 2005 and Nov. 2016 have been shredded. Going forward, annual meeting ballots will be retained for one year only.

The McMillen’s, lot 28, have submitted an application to install a concrete driveway and walkway. The project was approved by the ARC committee.
