a. Discussed CD strategy going forward.
b. All assessments have been collected and deposited as of 2/21/2023.
Tree removal will take place on March 29th as part of the Delaware Forestry department grant renovation of the front entrance.
Removal of snow stakes has begun.
Mailed application with check to Indian River Senior Center, for November 4. In preparation for our 2023 Annual Meeting
Water quality of Lake: discussed testing.
Eagle Scout project, from Ben and Nick Ables
Proposed clean-up of trash, tires, old metal things, etc. on the south-side entrance. Nick would recruit scouts or other community members to do a clean-up and then sort to take to the dump. There’s the possibility of installing 2 life ring buoys near each pond entrance area.
Goose Egg Addling, Robert La Montagne will secure necessary permit.
Watering of new trees and plantings (how and by whom), submitted by Bob Grasso
A plan will be developed, and volunteers sought.
George & Lynch will begin repairs to Lakeshore Drive followed by a new layer of asphalt this Monday, March 6, 2023.
