- Kathleen Schisler discussed a financial overview for 2019 with a status date as of October 31, 2019.
- Luke Nyman discussed the Financial Review Committee report and was pleased to advise that the Committee confirmed the 2019 account transactions and balances were accurate. Luke also advised that he will be a member of the Financial Review Committee again for 2020.
- The 2019 Budget vs. 2019 Actual – UNDER BUDGET $3,654.00

- Nomination of Board Member: Don Mentzer was elected President and Steve Kempe was elected Treasurer for 2020. A world of thanks goes to Ben Ables and Kathleen Schisler for their service to our Community as President and Treasurer.
- The 2020 Budget was passed. The new 2020 Assessment for each lot will be $500.00. The due date for the assessment payment is January 31, 2020. Kindly remit the full amount by check or money order payable to the Willow Lake HOA. Payments can be mailed to P.O. Box 1897 Millsboro, DE 19966 or given directly to a Board Member
