1 – Steve Kempe presented the H.O.A. Financials up to June, 2021
2 – The Board discussed the road repair status in the circle (three calls were placed and zero callbacks were received). As a result, the Board will reach out to additional Paving Contractors for quotes: ·

3 – There is an upcoming opening for a position on the Board. If you have an interest to be a member of the Board, please submit your name and a short bio to the Board. The current Secretary, Bob Scapicchio, advised that he would re-up as Secretary for one additional year if there are no submissions to the Board.”
4 – The Board will be investigating a Request for Proposal for Lawn Care and Snow Removal. If you have any suggestions for a new Lawn Care and Snow Removal Company, we would welcome their information as long as they are currently a ‘qualified’ landscaper and snow removal company (Meaning, they are currently providing services to neighborhoods/developments).
